LODGEMENT OF AN ENTRY WILL BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Entry fees must be paid before playing in any event through RevSport.
2. The tournament will be held under Sunshine Coast Table Tennis Club rules.
3. Open to all SCTT Club members only.
4. All entries subject to approval of the Championship Committee.
5. Late entries will only be accepted at the discretion of the Championship Committee.
6. Players can only enter 2 Singles Grade events - your grade and the one above.
For Grade Doubles, players can only enter their Grade. Players to choose partners and include partner name when entering
Social Singles and Doubles open to any Non-Grade players. Players to choose partners and partner name when entering. Round Robin format.
Junior Singles format to be confirmed once entries close.
Committee Doubles is open to all Graded Players. Entries will be pooled into 2 groups according to standard and drawn by the tournament committee with a high-grade and a lower grade player forming a team (pair).
7. All events will be the best of 5 games to 11 points. Except for Social Doubles which will be best of 3 games to 11 points.
8. Each match will be controlled by an umpire, whose decision with the aid of the Championship Referee will be final.
9. The Championship Committee reserves the right to cancel any event with insufficient entries.
10. Age Events for age in the 2024 calendar year - (a) Juniors - 18 years and under. (b) Veterans - 50 years and over.
11. Gradings are based on the 2024 season and is at the discretion of the Championship Committee.
12. All events will try to be played as round robins depending on the number of entries prior to knock-out round.
13. Players not available when called may be disqualified.
14. Players participate at their own risk. No claim for injury will be considered.
15. Losing players will umpire a subsequent match. No player should leave the stadium without umpiring a due match.
Any player may be called upon to umpire at any time.
16. Medals will be awarded to all Winners and Runner-ups.
